In my practice I focus on helping you to feel calm and at ease giving your mind a chance to take a well deserved break. I combine Deep Tissue, Swedish and Advanced Techniques so that you can enjoy a well rounded experience of muscle release and relaxation without having to choose between the modalities, unless of course you want to. It is up to you and what you feel is right.
